thorintatge gave me a lift (brakes still out on car). Dave L joined us, and John S was there with his guitar, so we had two instruments. It was the debut of my National Reso-Phonic dobro-style mandolin in a group setting: it sounded great with the guitar, though was a bit loud for the solo number I sang.
Greta and Rich served meatloaf (organic beef) and potato salad when we took a break, and Greta cut me a lovely bunch of oriental lilies from her garden.
Thorin made us all laugh with his new song about bowling with aardvarks in zero-G. Fortunately, there was a toy aardvark handy to demonstrate upon.
