I'm starting out with a typical low-glycemic treat:

1 HoneyCrisp apple sliced into a bowl,
sprinkled with sunflower seeds,
dried wolfberries and blueberries,
dribbled with agave nectar.

Yummy!

My latest invention, in the quest fo a low-glycemic diet:

Pizza wraps!

Oil a large iron skillet with olive oil,
brown a sprouted grain (or whole wheat) tortilla shell on both sides,
spread pizza sauce on one side, (still in the skillet)
add slices of Tofurkey Italian Sausage (and other toppings to taste)
add slices of cheese or soy cheese to taste,
cover the skillet until the cheese melts
(You may want to keep a spatula between the tortilla shell and pan to prevent over-cooking the shell)

Roll it up and eat it! Serve with a side salad.

I did it. It took longer than usual, just because this is the first time I've changed the strings on the Reso-Phonic. The tail-piece and bridge are quite different from those of the old Harmony I'm used to.

Now the strings are all new and shiny, and sound shiny, too!
