I took the car in to get an estimate on repairing the bumper. The lady who told me I should take it over to the body shop just popped the displaced piece back in place as we were talking. There's still a crack, but I can live with that. It can be a perpetual reminder to me that curbs can be hidden under heaps of snow.
More writing progress yesterday, but I have yet to transcribe the story I've been working on, so I don't have a word count yet.
Current reading: Terry Pratchett (Lords and Ladies; just finished, The Truth)/
Current viewing: First season of Murder She Wrote on DVD.
( blah, blah )
And my featherbed arrived! No actual feathers involved, but it's so soft! I've been sleeping on this little IKEA fold-out bed for going on two years and now this. Like sleeping in a cloud; I never want to get out, though I did. The lure of email and livejournal and the wide world is powerful indeed.
