In brief:
I survived a weekend with family, flights to and from San Francisco and the memorial service for my uncle.

I learned that there are not one, but two terminals at the Minneapolis airport. I got to ride the light rail from the Humphrey to the Lindberg terminal - just in time to catch my flight.

Airport security confiscated one of my Swiss Army knives.

I went through a lot of Uncle Jim's artwork and put it in portfolios. I'm looking forward to scanning it and putting it online.

I saw [livejournal.com profile] ambertatge! (We Did Lunch and cruised The Camino.)

I met Jean Schulz and Nat Gertler.

I sang with Asi and Joyce (on guitar) at the memorial service.

I saw roses blooming in December. Also palm trees. Eucalyptus grows like a weed out there (I brought some leaves back with me.)

I looked down on the clouds, and on mountain tops rising like islands from a sea of mist.

I got charge $56 for parking at the airport.

It was very nice that Jean Schultz came to your uncle's funeral.

Yes. She even complimented my singing, and promised to link to Uncle Jim's artwork when I can get it online.
