I really spaced that out. My main plan for today was to work on my dealer's display, and take a walk with Greta at mid-morning.
She suggested, instead, that we take in a small parade at St Anthony Park, and it was only then that I realized it was the 4th and a lot of people were out celebrating. It was a nice little parade, and we walked around the park afterward, where lots of families were picnicking and a band was playing and there was red, white and blue bunting on the bandstand. It was a pleasant outing, and that's enough patriotism for me for one day. I like fireworks, but don't feel like going to any trouble to go see some.
