Merry Christmas!

I don't know whether there ever was anyone really such as Christ is described in the literature, but I like the idea of God made flesh: the abstract all-knowing, all-powerful being who takes on the frailties of the human condition the better to relate to the rest of us. I like that idea enough to celebrate it as if it is fact. Yay! for Peace on Earth - and as far out as we can take it.
