Dream

I was very upset with the landlord for replacing a decent solid set of basement stairs with a fold-down ladder. I was worried about getting the laundry up and down it, especially if I was having back troubles, as sometimes happens. Bad, bad dream landlord.

Not so bad as the dream landlord who let those people install the open elevator shaft or whatever it was in that other dream long ago...! I don't remember the details, obviously, but it seems house problems are a recurring theme for you.

I don't remember the open elevator shaft. Maybe that was someone else's dream? I do have a lot of house dreams, though mostly they are about finding extra rooms, (or wings!) that I hadn't realized were there. And one recurring type of dream where I realize that I have another house somewhere (usually Boston) that I'd totally forgotten about, and I'm worried about retaining title.
