Yay! Congrats!

Personally I always count the first completed draft as the completion celebration point.

This is because as far as I can tell there is no end to revision, there is only the point where you say, "That's it, I'm sick of fixing this thing already, I'm going to send it out and get started on the next thing. So there."

But every revision pass gets its own little mini celebration too. Why not? :)
