Of course, that doesn't mean it's done. I'm going to read-through what I've got, and do a bit of editing/revision/restructuring as needed. This will no doubt involve some adding to and subtracting from what I've got, so I can't be sure what the final word count will be.
In the meanwhile (also yay!) I got my new application off to HealthPartners, and also sent the release of information form to the clinic, so hopefully this will go through.
Meanwhile: whole sinkful of dishes to do, and refrigerator needs cleaning (and most other things.)
Congratulations!
Re: Congratulations!
One small one came with the apartment, (which I haven't been using, but still needed cleaning) and I brought in the slightly larger one from my old place. The latter has been failing to work, so I needed to clean both, remove the stuff from the big one and transfer it to the little one. I'm retaining the big one just for virtue of its cupboard-space, even if it's not cooling anything.

Personally I always count the first completed draft as the completion celebration point.
This is because as far as I can tell there is no end to revision, there is only the point where you say, "That's it, I'm sick of fixing this thing already, I'm going to send it out and get started on the next thing. So there."
But every revision pass gets its own little mini celebration too. Why not? :)

Every draft should get it's own celebration:
Why not, indeed? This is actually the completion of the 2nd draft; the first draft was completed during NaNoWriMo; the third draft will be what I'll show to Beta Readers, and after any changes they inspire, it will be the fourth draft that I'll send out.
